Tierkreis, founded in 2021, is a kennel in Western Canada focused on producing solid and true to standard CKC reg. Belgian Shepherds.
We are a current standing CKC member.

Our Goal as a Kennel:

With the Belgian Malinois you can often find the terms showlines and workinglines, with those terms you can normally see quite the large difference between the two. Some showlines have been bred down to nervy, low drive dogs while some workinglines have been bred out of standard and over driven to the point they can’t exist outside of their jobs. The divide in the breed is large compared to most.

Our goal is to end the divide. We want true to standard dogs with stable, level headed temperaments without sacrificing the drive.
We want to produce dogs that shine in the show ring while holding their own out in whatever sports they’re in.
We want healthy, versatile dogs that you don’t need to compromise for. Be it a day on the couch or a day out in the field, we want the Tierkreis dogs to be ready for it all.
 

On our trek to this goal, we have been lucky to find several breeders who share the same views as us and hope to work with them going forward.
We do have a waitlist open at this time, if we do not have something in your desired timeframe, we will connect you to a fellow breeder who might.
